PRESCHOOL

Join Coach Kennedy for flexibility, fitness, and fun! These classes are a hit with our littles and keep them active!

JUMPS

Using a mat (or a flat, dry piece of grass) take this 45 minute class where you will learn and perfect drills that will allow you to work towards that perfect toe touch (or any other jump you want to improve!)

FLEXIBILITY

Stretching is essential to all physical activity, but dancers and cheerleaders need to be especially flexible to execute certain skills! Use this 45 min class to focus on gaining that flexibility in all parts of the body!

DANCE

Dance is the best form of expression and is FUN! Work on rhythm and learn new dances each class. Athletes will improve performance, execution, and memory!

CONDITIONING

Let’s keep our bodies strong! Guided by our knowledgeable staff, you will work the stamina and muscle groups that are important for mastery of skill sets in both cheer and dance! Strong bodies promote safety, wellness, and ultimately skill progression!
